Chemlali extra virgin olive oil is an extremely versatile, all-purpose olive oil – drizzle it over fresh pasta or toasted artisan bread for bruschetta or crostini; serve it over grilled fish, chicken and vegetables to replace butter. As a vinaigrette, pair with balsamic vinegar for a salad of baby spinach, gorgonzola cheese and toasted walnuts; for a lighter dressing over peppery arugula or crisp romaine lettuce, heirloom tomatoes, black olives and feta cheese, combine with white balsamic vinegar.
